Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan:

Standard Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. (Free shipping may apply on promotional orders).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for customers across Pakistan. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate to prevent delivery delays.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at farooq.rivajorganics@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages & Lost Packages
Rivaj Organics is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect address details were provided. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at farooq.rivajorganics@gmail.com so we can assist you.
